Seventy-three ladies from all over the Netherlands gathered on the weekend of May 20 – 22, 2005, at De Bron in Dalfsen for yet again another successful women’s weekend. As usual they had a lot of fun with good food, fellowship, friendship, crafts and good weather. Through talks based upon the “Prayer of Jabes” Elsie Staple, from the South England Conference, nourished the women spiritually. “The women came to be spiritually fed and they went away blessed. God was good to us,” says Clair Sanches, Women’s Ministries director of the Netherlands Union. “Several of the ladies that attended are trying to cope with cancer and just fellowshipping together and being able to talk about it was of a great help and comfort to them. Just praying together is a wonderful experience.”
